Rental Policies


First time customers will need a valid PA drivers license and a major credit card that we accept. Customers who do not live in our general rental area will be asked to leave a security deposit. This deposit amount will vary depending on the item being rented. A local job site address and phone number may also be required.


Required when a rental item is received by the customer. Account customers will be billed NET 30 days.

Damage Waiver

This is a fee automatically added to all contracts unless you decline it. It relieves you of limited accidental damage to the rented item.


A major credit card number is required when reservations are made. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to rental. Cancellation fees may apply. Please be prompt on scheduled pickup time. The rental period begins at your scheduled time, not your actual pickup time. Example: You reserve a piece of equipment for 8:00 AM Monday, it will be due back 8:00 AM Tuesday. Even if you don't actually get here to pick it up until 9:00 AM. It may already be reserved for someone else at 8:00 AM on Tuesday.

Rental Period

Most rental items are available for daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rates. We charge from the time the rented item leaves our store until it is returned, including all unused time. Here is how our rental periods are defined.

Metered Equipment

Some of our equipment have hour meters. You are allowed a limited number of hours per rental period:

*The rental customer is welcome to use the item beyond these allowances. However, additional charges will apply.

Extending Your Rental

Please call us as soon as you realize you need more rental time. Sometimes that item has been reserved to someone else.

Equipment Breakdown

It is our desire to provide you with top quality equipment. However, problems sometimes can occur. Please call us right away as many of these problems can be solved over the phone. Otherwise, we will try to provide you with a replacement.
